The amazing support that we have had from community members, friends, fellow triathletes close and afar has been mind blowing. I am honored to be surrounded by such wonderful people.

This week is the start of indoor spinning (for those of us living in the North!), as well as, KISU Master's swimming - I am so excited.

Remember that every little step we take, leads in to a bigger step over all. Listen to your coach, and most importantly, listen to your body.
